CAROB CRUNCH

Total recipe - 4.3g pro/15.5 units
Makes 16 slices, 1 slice - 0.25g pro/1 unit.

3/4 cup Pinnacle low protein mix - 0.3g pro/1 unit
1/2 tsp baking powder - free
1/2 cup brown sugar - free
20g (1 tbsp) carob powder - 0 pro/0.5 unit
70g (1 cup) coconut - 4g pro/14 units
125g margarine - free

Mix all the dry ingredients.
Add melted margarine and stir.
Press into a slice tin.
Bake 20 minutes in a 180°C (moderate) oven.
When cool, ice with chocolate icing and top with 100's and 1000's and cut into 16 slices.
