BREAD IN THE BREADMAKER

We recently purchased a Breville bb400 bread maker with a yeast free button. I make Elise's bread in it and it always turns out and she likes it. This is the recipe I use.

Total recipe - 1.6g pro/5.5 units

500gm Pinnacle bread mix -1.5g pro/5 units
30ml oil - free
2 teaspoon baking powder - free
475ml water - free
40gm Heinz baby apple (optional) - 0.1g pro/0.5 units

Put in the pan as per breadmakers instructions. When it first starts mixing, scrape down the sides to make sure it all mixes in.
