Recipe total - 5.2g pro/13.5 units. 1 slice - 0.4g pro/1 unit

480mls water - free
500g Pinnacle flour - 1.5g pro/6 units
1 tsp salt - free
40g Nuttelex - free
1/2 tbsp coffee whitener - 0.2g pro/0.5 units
40ml made-up egg white replacer - free
7g dried yeast - 3.5g pro/7 units

As per Breadmaker instructions. This recipe makes approximately 13 slices of bread.
