PKU HEDGEHOG

Total Recipe - 3g pro/6 units
Cut into 36 pieces, 1 piece = Free

190g Aproten sweet biscuits (1 packet) - free
lOOg nuttelex - free
1/2 cup white sugar - free
15g cocoa - 2.5g pro/5 units
1 tsp egg replacer - free
5g coconut - 0.5g pro/1 unit

Roughly crush packet of biscuits. Melt nuttelex in saucepan, remove from heat. Add sugar, egg replacer, cocoa and mix well. Add mixture to crushed biscuits and mix well till all biscuit crumbs are coated. Press into slice tin firmly. Sprinkle top with coconut and refrigerate till firm. Then cut into pieces.

I cut this into small pieces because it is so sweet. You can cut the pieces bigger, but you will need to calculate the units accordingly.
