QUICK AND EASY MICROWAVE ROLL

Recipe total = 0.15 pro/0.5 units, 1 serve = FREE
50 grams Pinnacle Breadmix(unsifted) 0.15 pro/0.5 units
45 grams cold tap water - free
salt (a shake)- free
baking powder (a pinch) - free
In a bowl mix all ingredients together till smooth. Pour into a greased ceramic souffle dish (you can smooth down the top with the back of a wet spoon) and put a pinch of Pinnacle Breadmix on the top of the mixture (this stops the roll from sticking when you roll it out). Leave the mixture to rise for 5-10 minutes. Microwave on high (500 watt oven) for one and a half minutes. Turn out of dish and stand to cool before slicing.
Grated PKU Mozzarella cheese is great for a change. You will need to calculate the units. 1 unit = 13g
Tim (aged 8) measures and makes the roll himself. He loves it because it's just like a fresh bread roll from the shop and it doesn't crumble. Great for school lunches, for veggie burgers or when you run out of bread.
