PAIGE'S SHORTBREAD BISCUITS

Recipe total- 0.6g pro/2 units. 1-2 biscuits free.
180g Nuttelex - free
45g cup Icing sugar - free
40mls water - free
190 g Pinnacle flour - 0.6g pro/2 units
Cream margarine and icing sugar in a mixing bowl. Add half the flour and beat well. Beat in water and gradually work in remaining flour. Roll mixture in round balls and press lightly with a fork to flatten. Bake in a moderate oven for 25-30 minutes.
